Social Media Management Process
Step 1: Setting up Your Social Media Platforms and Monitoring Tool
First, we will be sure to pinpoint what social mediums are applicable for your brand/business and begin to create your accounts. Consistency as it pertains to the look and feel of each medium is very important. Once design is complete, we’ll set up with a monitoring dashboard so you can view all your accounts with ease. This will allow you to conveniently monitor what we are doing, get you engaged, and let you respond to direct messages and personal comments.
Step 2: Blog CreationOnce we have your social media dashboard in place we design (or update) your blog. This is the primary hub for all your web content and is rated as one of the most important tools you can implement on your web site for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) purposes.
Step 3: Content CreationThe next step is to create content to share and distribute across all of your social media channels. First part of this step is performing an initial analysis of the keywords and phrases for SEO purposes. The second part of creating content is a strategy meeting to determine market segment. We want to make sure we have a comprehensive understanding of your business and objectives before getting started on this phase.
Step 4: Content Distribution and PromotionDuring this phase we will continue content creation. In addition, we make sure that we are cross promoting your content across various online channels. We’ll tie them all together so each path leads to the other. We also begin the Denver social media marketing by sharing links and posting outside of your own social media accounts, but all leading back to your business. This is part of our strategy to grow your followers, fans and build your online brand.
Step 5: Community BuildingCommunity building will be happening throughout your whole Denver social media campaign. Once your content is created and you start building trust and authority online our focus shifts to more than just site traffic. We encourage repeat traffic and help to build a community of people that you can build trust with. Community building includes everything from setting up surveys to launching contests and running promotional offers, keeping people coming back to your site.
Step 6: Measuring, Analyzing, AdaptingDuring this phase we analyze all the social media marketing efforts. Have we met our initial goals? Are you seeing the results you wanted? We might want to adapt your social media efforts at this point. This is where we evaluate and assess your Denver social media marketing efforts to see how you should proceed.
For those outside of Colorado- we can help with your social media marketing efforts, as well! Revenue River Marketing is based in the Denver area yet serves clients on a national basis.
